Information you provide

When you use the comparison tool, you enter a property address. The address is used to query public appraisal-district and county parcel services and return matching property records. Ammax Home does not ask for an owner name, account password, payment information, or government identification.

If you email us, we receive the email address and information you include in the message. We use that information only to respond, maintain support records, protect the service, or comply with legal obligations.

Automatically collected information

Our hosting providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, and diagnostic logs. The site also uses CounterAPI to display an aggregate unique-visitor count. CounterAPI states that it converts visitor information into anonymous hashes. These records help deliver the site, detect abuse, measure reliability, and troubleshoot errors.

Filter settings may be processed in your browser to provide the requested comparison. We do not sell personal information.

Google advertising and cookies

Ammax Home uses or intends to use Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this site or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.

Property information displayed by Ammax Home comes from public appraisal-district and county data services. Search results may include a property address, appraisal account identifier, living area, year built, property classification, and appraisal values. Ammax Home does not control the accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of those government and third-party services.

Retention, security, and children

Support messages and operational logs are retained only as reasonably necessary for their purpose. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable measures are used to limit unauthorized access.

Ammax Home is a general-audience property research tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices and contact
