Data sources and coverage
Ammax Home uses public appraisal-district and county parcel services. Coverage is intentionally labeled because the available fields differ across counties.
Participating county sources
Harris Central Appraisal District (HCAD)
Parcel, class, market value, building area, year built, and improvement value when published.
Fort Bend Central Appraisal District (FBCAD)
Parcel, property type, market value, improvement value, living area, and year built when published.
Montgomery Central Appraisal District (MCAD)
Parcel, class, living area, and year built; the public map layer used by Ammax Home may omit appraisal values.
Brazoria County Appraisal District (BCAD)
Parcel and appraisal values; living area and year built may be unavailable in the public layer.
Galveston Central Appraisal District (GCAD)
Parcel, classification, land, improvement, and total appraisal values; building fields may be limited.
Waller County Appraisal District (WCAD)
Parcel and appraisal values; living area and year built may be unavailable in the public layer.
Liberty County Appraisal District (LCAD)
Parcel and appraisal values; living area and year built may be unavailable in the public layer.

How calculations are made
Market value per square foot equals the published market appraisal value divided by the published living area. Improvement value per square foot equals the published improvement appraisal value divided by living area. Land value is shown separately when published or, for supported Harris records, derived as market value minus improvement value.
The subject property is excluded from comparable average and median lines. Filters are applied only when the required source fields exist. Values are rounded for display.
What the data does not establish
Appraisal values are not verified sale prices and do not establish current market value. Texas sale-price disclosure is limited, and appraisal records may not include complete private-sale information. Ammax Home does not substitute an appraisal value for a sale price.
Update timing and verification
Districts update records on their own schedules. A recently changed account may differ from what appears here. Use the linked district record to verify current values, exemptions, legal descriptions, and building characteristics before relying on them.
